Magnolia Manor is a 88 bed skilled nursing facility, licensed by the state of SC, providing both short-term rehab and long-term care. We are located in the heart of Greenwood’s Medical District, within
walking distance of Self Regional Healthcare.
We are dedicated to promoting dignity and respect for those in our care. Our focus is on recovery, rehabilitation and safe return home when possible. There may be circumstances when your loved one may not
be able to be safely discharged and we extend our services to meet those needs.
We not only encourage, but we insist that residents and their families be involved in their plan of care and daily choices. Not only do we provide nursing and rehabilitative care but we also encourage fun by offering many daily activities to choose from.
