Visitation
Based on the daily activities and needs for our residents, recommended visiting hours are 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Other times may be accommodated and should be arranged in advance. We ask that visitors consider other patients when planning their visits, so to avoid disturbances.
Facility Overview
Established in 1988, Magnolia Manor is located conveniently in Greenwood’s medical community, in close proximity to Self Regional and neighboring private Physician offices.
We provide 24 hr nursing care by a team of RN, LPN, and State Certified Nursing Assistants under the direction of a licensed physician. On-site Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy services evaluate each resident developing individualized goals.
Our Dietary team strives to cater to individual culinary preferences and provide an enhanced and pleasurable dining experience. Social and discharge Planning services assists residents and their families during each resident’s stay, and in their return to the community.
Activity professionals and volunteers host a daily schedule of recreational opportunities for resident enjoyment. On-site laundry and housekeeping services are also included.

Magnolia Manor Greenwood has partnered with local hospital systems to ensure continuity of care. These independent physicians also utilize nurse practitioners so when they are not here, they have licensed and certified advanced practice nurses at the facility to ensure that trained eyes are available and ready to assist in making informed healthcare decisions.
