Congratulations on reaching your rehabilitation goals, Mrs. Grant!

Patricia Grant was admitted to Magnolia Manor of Greenwood from Self Regional after complications from COVID. Mrs. Grant was unable to walk or dress without shortness of breath.

Occupational therapy worked with Particia to help compensate for decreased activity tolerance while completing dressing and bathing tasks. Physical therapy trained Mrs. Grant on use of a walker in order to maximize independence and distance with walking. Patricia worked diligently with both physical and occupational therapy, resulting in a safe transition back into the community. Mr. and Mrs. Grant would like to express gratitude to the entire staff at Magnolia Manor of Greenwood!
