Magnolia Manor is a 88-bed skilled nursing facility, licensed by the state of SC, providing both short-term rehab and long-term care. We are located in the heart of Greenwood’s Medical District, within walking distance of Self Regional Healthcare.

Mission Statement

Established in 1988, Magnolia Manor is located conveniently in Greenwood’s medical community, in close proximity to Self Regional and neighboring private Physician offices. We are proud of our history in the community and we treasure our relationships with residents and families. The need for long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation may not occur under ideal circumstances. A fall, stroke, or brief illness can deprive us of our customary feeling of independence and security. Fortunately, we have a team of trained professionals that will assist in developing individualized plans of care, in order to achieve desired goals. We are dedicated to promoting dignity and respect for those in our care. Our focus is on recovery, rehabilitation and safe return home when possible. There may be circumstances when your loved one may not be able to be safely discharged and we extend our services to meet those needs. We strive to maximize and enhance the quality of life of our residents in a compassionate and professional environment.
